This means a 4-night stay from Thursday-Monday will net 9,000 bonus points: 1k/night + 5k for the weekend. While flipping through the Delta Sky Magazine, I saw an announcement that Delta was increasing their flights from Raleigh-Durham-RDU with the addition of non-stop routes: Nassau-NAS, Salt Lake City-SLC, Philadelphia-PHL and (increased service to) Los Angeles-LAX. This prompted me to dig into all of the Delta cities that are served from RDU:

I took my first train trip on Amtrak’s Acela a few weeks ago from Washington, DC Union Station (WAS) to New York Penn Station (NYP). Because I had a First class ticket (Acela only has either Business Class & First Class), I was able to check out the ClubAcela lounge in Washington while I was waiting for my train.
