(origin) LAX-SYD (stop over + open jaw) CHC->AKL->PPT (dest) PPT->LAX (return)

Can also be priced (for more miles) as
(origin) LAX-SYD (dest+ open jaw) CHC->AKL->PPT (stop over) PPT->LAX (return)
