In addition we just returned from a trip to Bali where we flew on a United mileage redemption (pre-devaluation) and we flew on some of the same flights, like TG431, and I believe we sat in 12 K and J too! Our first class from ZRH to BKK was not in the A380 but in the older A340-600. It was fantastic for us as it was our first time in int’l first class so we were not complaining. Next time though, I’d really like to get a suite! Funny thing is that when we arrived at the Royal First lounge, they said we were not eligible for the hour long massage but only the half hour massage. 🙁 It was ok because we didn’t have much time in BKK anyways, but I’m wondering if they had changed their policy sometime recently as I’ve seen other blogs which mention they got hour long massages too. Oh well. I’m looking forward to reading more about your trips!
