In reply to monica. It looks like the fares are still live as of 9:30am EST 8/16 but I would still book ASAP, this deal could disappear at any minute. If you book now you'll have until 11pm EST tomorrow to cancel if your plans change.

In reply to Bon. That is correct. The flights will be ticketed though Malaysia Airlines with Malaysia Airlines flight numbers but those flight numbers correspond to codeshare Cathay Pacific flights. All of the transpacific flights in the above deal will be on a Cathay Pacific aircraft. Malaysia does not currently operate flights between Asia and the US, their flights to LAX ended in April 2014.
